Ganesh is the Founder of the IC3 Movement, Chair of the Board of Trustees of the IC3 Institute, President & Chief Mentor of KIC UnivAssist, and Co-founder of The Aha Movement.
Through these initiatives, his work connects students, educators, counsellors, universities and institutions, strengthening the systems that help young people discover direction and make informed decisions about their futures.
The scale of the IC3 ecosystem reflects this global reach: 6,615 schools, 912 universities and 104 countries, reaching more than 3.3 million students.
His experience also extends directly into the higher-education journey. Through his work with students and universities around the world, Ganesh has developed a close understanding of the questions young people face when choosing pathways, finding purpose and imagining what comes next.
Making Space for the Learner
For Ganesh, the conversation does not end with academic achievement.
His work brings attention to the human side of education– the importance of reflection, counselling, wellbeing, agency and the freedom to make choices with greater awareness.
