Meet Ar. Bimal Desai
Ar. Bimal Desai, Founder & Principal of DSP Design Associates and Co-Founder & CEO of GrydSense, brings 30+ years of experience across architecture, design, technology and real estate.
His work sits at the intersection of human performance, wellbeing, spatial strategy and technology, with projects including Microsoft R&D, Hyderabad; Google’s Ananta campus, Bengaluru; Oracle Financial Services, Bengaluru; and Capgemini, Mumbai.
Through GrydSense, Bimal has also extended his focus into AI-driven spatial intelligence and smart environments, exploring how data can help buildings become more responsive to the people who use them.
It is this combination of design thinking and spatial intelligence that makes his perspective particularly relevant to the future of learning environments.
The Architecture of Identity
At PULSE 2026, Bimal’s session will mark the release of the EDI–DSP white paper, The Architecture of Identity: How Learning Environments Shape the Adults We Become.
