Meet Dr. Snehal Pinto at PULSE 2026 in Indore, exploring K–12 education, educational leadership, student engagement, assessment and teacher development.

MEET THE SPEAKER

What makes a school culture truly support learning?

The answer lies beyond curriculum and classrooms. It lives in the way teachers are empowered, students are engaged, leaders shape change and schools continuously learn themselves.

At PULSE 2026 | Where Culture Meets Learning, we are delighted to welcome Dr. Snehal Pinto, Director of the Ryan Group of Institutions, whose more than 20 years in education have taken her from the primary classroom to institutional leadership.

Dr. Snehal Pinto

A Doctor of Education from Nova Southeastern University, USA, Dr. Pinto has built her career around strengthening the teaching-learning process. Her experience spans CBSE, ICSE/ISC, IB and IGCSE, giving her a broad perspective on different approaches to school education.

Her areas of focus include professional development, assessment, student engagement, leadership and school improvement. She has also held leadership and advisory roles within ASISC, CISCE and SAIBSA, contributing to wider conversations around school education and educational leadership.

What makes her perspective particularly relevant to PULSE is the connection she draws between people, practice and performance – recognising that meaningful educational change begins with the capacity of the people who make learning happen.

A Voice for the Culture Behind Learning

The PULSE 2026 theme, Where Culture Meets Learning, asks us to look at what shapes a learning environment beyond its physical form.

Dr. Pinto brings that conversation to the level of leadership, educators and learners – the people who ultimately give a school its culture.

Her presence invites us to consider a simple but important question:

If we want better learning, what kind of culture must we build around it?

We are pleased to welcome Dr. Snehal Pinto to PULSE 2026 in Indore and look forward to the experience and insight she brings to the conversation.
