With 25+ years in education, Prerna Shivpuri brings a rich combination of school leadership, teaching, coaching, teacher preparation and professional learning to the PULSE conversation.
As Head of Academic & Development Team at Heritage Xperiential Schools, Lighthouse Learning, she works at the intersection of culture, teaching, professional development and innovation, supporting academic practices across Heritage Xperiential Schools.
Her experience across Heritage Experiential Schools, Shikshantar, Azim Premji University, The Teacher Foundation and I Am A Teacher (IAAT) has shaped a distinctive approach to educational development — one that brings together leadership development, systems thinking, mindfulness, experiential learning and inquiry-based pedagogy.
Having built academic teams and practices from the ground up, Prerna understands the realities schools encounter when moving from educational frameworks to meaningful practice – including the gaps, opportunities and bottlenecks that emerge along the way.
