Joining this conversation is Dr. Dhirendra Mishra, Founder of LIFE Educare, an educator turned entrepreneur whose career spans teaching, institutional leadership and K–12 school development across diverse contexts.

Dr. Dhirendra Mishra is an Educator turned Entrepreneur and Founder of LIFE Educare, with a career spanning teaching, institutional leadership and K–12 school development. With academic qualifications in Business Management and teaching experience across CBSE, CISCE, IB and Cambridge International schools in India and Nepal, his journey has taken him from the classroom into the wider work of building and supporting educational institutions.
Since founding LIFE Educare in 2009, he has worked across school setup and management, contributing to the development of 70+ greenfield schools across 18 states and the Middle East, while also training 5,000+ teachers across India and the Middle East.
His experience across 600+ Indian districts brings an especially grounded perspective to education—one shaped by the varied realities of schools, educators and communities beyond metropolitan centres.
From the Classroom to Building Schools
Dr. Mishra began his career as an educator, teaching for a decade across CBSE, CISCE, IB and Cambridge International schools in India and Nepal, including Good Shepherd International School, Ooty.
His work later expanded into institutional leadership and school establishment, giving him direct experience in school development, franchise operations and multi-city institutional management.
In 2009, he founded LIFE Educare — Looking Into the Future of Education, with a focus on school setup and management in the K–12 sector.
Today, his work has contributed to enabling 70+ greenfield schools across 18 states and the Middle East, while LIFE Educare advises a portfolio of more than 20 institutions.
