Riitu is an education and leadership professional with 20+ years of experience working across talent, institutions and innovation.
At AFAIRS Talent Edge, she leads strategic leadership hiring for schools and education organisations, helping institutions identify leaders equipped to drive sustainable growth and lasting transformation.
As Director General of WIC India 2026, she brings that same focus on leadership and inclusion to a national platform, convening education leaders, institutions and changemakers around the shared work of building a more inclusive, future-ready India.
Her leadership perspective was shaped early through her experience leading an early childhood education space, where she saw first-hand how closely people, institutional culture and learning environments are connected.
