Participants will receive a Certificate of Leadership & Innovation in the Early Years: Driving Excellence in Early Childhood Settings from The Learning Lab @ Healthy Planet in association with the Early Childhood Association of India (ECA).
Course Structure
The course is structured into a series of interconnected modules, each designed to deepen leadership insight and practice. Participants will engage in live online masterclasses, self-paced learning activities, field-based experiences, and peer coaching circles.
Running alongside the course is a Capstone Leadership Project. The course culminates with a final presentation of their leadership journey, celebrating personal and professional growth.
